Overview
The mission of the Mayor’s Task Force is to design, evaluate, support and sustain out-of-school programs that provide a variety of educational and enrichment opportunities for youth and their families in safe environments throughout the City of Brockton, Massachusetts.
Approach
Commissioned to develop a promotional video for the Task Force, Invent Media scripted, shot, and edited Every Child a Champion using a mini-documentary approach, supporting case “stories” with secondary witnesses. Stock footage, archival photos, and original music were used to make visceral connections to the people in the 13-minute video.
