Overview
This Far by Faith is a six-hour television series that explores the connection between faith communities and the development of African-American cultural values and practices, and celebrates the role of religion in addressing the social, political, economic, and educational ideas central to American society.
Approach
Invent Media, in collaboration with the filmmakers, developed a funding proposal for Faith's civic education outreach initiative and the companion volume to the series. We also produced, with Experient and Pittard Sullivan, a cutting-edge enhanced TV prototype that chronicled the life of abolitionist Denmark Vesey
